Dayana is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Canada Christian College, a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University, and from the University of Liverpool, a Post Graduate in Forensic Psychology. She has been a psychotherapist for over 14 years. She uses different forms of therapy but specializes in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Dayana’s main focus and area of expertise is relationships. Dayana is trained as a Couples Therapist by the Gottman Institute Level 1 & 2, including treating separations and affairs. She is a Sex Therapist trained from the University of Guelph. She is certified by SYMBIS Assessment for Pre-Marital Counseling for individuals getting married or moving in together. Dayana is also a certified Dating Coach with the Hart Coaching Academy, as well as a certified Image Consultant and Etiquette Consultant graduate from IAP College.
